The franchise fee is £34,995 + VAT, and funding is available for 100% of it, provided you have £15,000 in liquid capital and meet the credit requirements. The fee includes your franchise licence, full training programme, compliance and authorisation support, marketing launch pack and ongoing head office support. Do I need an insurance or claims background?
No insurance background is required. Concept Claim Solutions provides a comprehensive training programme covering all aspects of insurance claims management and regulatory good practice. What matters most is drive, a genuine desire to help people, and strong communication skills.
What territories are currently available?
Territories are available across the UK. Concept Claim Solutions operates on an exclusive territory model. Contact the team to check current availability in your area, as popular regions are allocated first.
Do I need to be directly regulated to operate?
No. Franchise partners operate within Concept Claim Solutions’ established network and compliance structure, so there is no need to arrange your own authorisation. That removes a significant barrier to entry and lets you focus on building your business and serving clients from launch.
