In light of the challenges posed by Brexit and Covid, during Q4 of 2021, a thorough evaluation of the brand’s strategy and model was carried out, considering not only the solid, immovable things but also focusing on what’s at the heart of the brand, how the business looks and feels – both internally and externally. We gathered valuable feedback from customers, franchisees, marketing and branding agencies to ensure a comprehensive analysis. Our primary focus was on finding ways to support our franchisees with the fluctuating costs of materials, disruptions in the supply chain with contractors, and constantly changing regulations.

We changed the trading name from Concept Building Solutions to Concept Claim Solutions to expand our reach. This strategic shift has allowed Concept Claim Solutions to tap into new markets by identifying and engaging with potential clients at the opportune moment and location.

Our foundation is rooted in a people-first approach, valuing inclusivity and creating an environment where everyone can thrive, achieve their full potential, and express themselves freely.

We have invested in technology to facilitate a hybrid and flexible work environment. We made improvements to the finance and operating model as well as added new roles to provide Head Office support, thus ensuring franchisees always have access to technical assistance, professional development, and emotional support whenever needed.

There is also ample opportunity for future growth. Many of our franchise partners expand their business to other territories after a year of trading or achieve higher turnover and profits by employing someone to support them with the tasks they prefer to delegate.

Why there is a need for the Concept Claim Solutions's service

With over 4 million complaints about home and building insurance reported to the Financial Ombudsman Service in 2019, it is fair to say claiming on your property and building insurance is not always straightforward. Too often, policyholders are left disappointed with the outcome.

According to the Association of British Insurers, more than one in five home insurance claims were unsuccessful. Insurers are just like other businesses; they have shareholders to protect and exist to make money.

One of the main ways the insurance companies safeguard their interest is by appointing a Loss Adjuster to assess the validity of the claim and, where possible, negotiate down the settlement value. The insurance policy is a legal contract containing terms, conditions, and exclusions, all of which are open to interpretation.

Without Concept, an additional time-consuming responsibility insurance companies place on the policyholder is obtaining quotes from different contractors, which can be difficult. Contractors can be reluctant to provide quotations for insurance claims knowing that the lowest price is often awarded the work.

Our service aims to take all the burden away from the policyholder.
