What You’ll Do
This is a management franchise, not a hands-on trade role. You’ll oversee the process from the first client enquiry to completed repairs.
That includes assessing the damage, communicating with insurers, and managing approved tradespeople through each stage of the reinstatement.
It’s a straightforward, rewarding business model with real impact. When repairs are carried out through our approved contractors, there’s no extra cost to the client beyond their policy excess.
You don’t need prior experience in construction or insurance. We’ll train you to become a confident, capable insurance claims management professional, also referred to as a Loss Assessor.
Most of our franchise partners come from completely different backgrounds; they just bring the drive to build something of their own.
