We’re incredibly proud to announce that Concept Claim Solutions has been awarded 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction in a recent benchmark survey conducted by WorkBuzz. The anonymous survey is an excellent way of showing how well we’re performing from the perspective of our franchise partners.

In order to achieve 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction, the survey results needed to prove that we are excelling above the franchising industry average in all six areas: Franchise System, Training and Support, Culture and Relationships, Leadership, Value & Rewards and General Satisfaction.
