Concept Claim Solutions is thrilled to announce that we have been awarded 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction in a benchmark survey conducted in February 2023 by WorkBuzz. The anonymous survey is an excellent way of showing how well we’re performing as a franchisor from the perspective of the franchise partners.
To achieve 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction, the survey results needed to prove that Concept Claim Solutions is above the franchising industry average in all six areas: Franchise System, Training and Support, Culture and Relationships, Leadership, Value & Rewards and General Satisfaction. Here are some of the highlights from the survey results:
- 100% of franchise partners said that the Head Office support team ‘Go the Extra Mile’;
- 100% of franchise partners said they plan to expand their business;
- 100% of the franchise partners feel Concept Claim Solutions values their ideas; and
- 94% feel they are valued.
