Within the first year of starting the business, our founder Darren Griffin recognised franchising offered a tried and tested route for meeting the unprecedented demand for the service. Since starting, we have gone from strength to strength and recently celebrated 20 years of success.
Concept has become a respected name within the insurance industry and is one of the fastest growing network’s in the UK. We still operate a couple of local territories to ensure that we stay at the forefront of the market and gain an in-depth understanding of the challenges our franchise partners may face. By applying this insight, we have achieved continuous improvements across the network.
We will continue to invest in upskilling our existing network and be committed to ensuring our franchise partners always have someone to turn to for help, whether it’s for emotional support, business development or technical advice.

In February 2023, Concept Claim Solutions was awarded 5-Star Franchisee Satisfaction in a benchmark survey, conducted by WorkBuzz. The anonymous survey is an excellent way of showing how well we’re performing from the perspective of our franchise partners.
In order to achieve 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction, the survey results needed to prove that we are excelling above the franchising industry average in all six areas: Franchise System, Training and Support, Culture and Relationships, Leadership, Value & Rewards and General Satisfaction.

At the start of 2023, we were named as finalists in the ‘Franchisor of the Year’ and ‘Best Adaptation to Change‘ categories at the Quality Franchise Association Awards (QFA).
Hundreds of Franchisors entered the QFA Franchising Awards with the ‘Franchisor of the Year’ being the most prestigious of the awards; it recognises businesses which have shown resilience and demonstrated the qualities of a strong franchise network.

Private
Work
We have developed a ‘private work’ offering to customers either as an extension to their insurance claim or as standalone repair and renovation work. After suffering property damage, some homeowners see it as an opportunity to improve their property and choose to have other work completed simultaneously as the insurance repair work to reduce inconvenience.
Cash Settlements
Occasionally, policyholders are just looking to receive a cash settlement and then arrange the repair works themselves once the local franchisee has managed the settlement negotiation on their behalf. Our model accommodates this by charging a percentage based loss assessing fee, usually around 15% of the claim value.

We undertake all emergency works, drying and reinstatement of the building, ensuring a complete end-to-end solution, therefore reducing the claims lifecycle.
